Business History and Position:
This business was initiated by Mr. BIPIN MAYEKAR (son of Late Shri Gopinath Narayan Mayekar - Buidler and Developer and Late Shrimati Shailaja Gopinath Mayekar) under the banner of PRASANNA HRD in November 1996. He was shocked by the response received from various people, after the death of his father in 1989. These were the same people to whom his sensitive and inocent father had helped financially with all capacity. He then started studying the behavior of people and attending various courses conducted by Indian and International Trainers. During this journey, he started receiving response from others that his explanation is very natural and easy to understand. When he also realized his own strengths, then he decided to begin designing his own training program PRASANNA from 1990. After vigorous research of 6 months, he launched his first sample batch at Kalyan and then started the professional course as mentioned in the beginning in 1996.
He beginned first course as self sponsored training workshop batch of ‘Personality Development’ [11 sessions - with one seminar per week i.e. on Sunday evening]. He continued for next 6 months with two more batches per week [11 sessions per batch]. Then slowly the number of self sponsored training workshop batches increased to three per week [11 sessions per batch] and then reached maximum up to 7 training workshop batches per week [11 sessions per batch].
In between, Bipin Mayekar was introduced to few Companies such as Morarjee Mills, The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, etc by his participants. It resulted in starting In House Training Workshops in esteemed Corporate Companies. In coming years, the number of Corporate Companies started increasing with various esteemed companies such as LARSEN and TOUBRO; MAHINDRA and MAHINDRA; DHL; GODREJ; MIRC Electronics [ONIDA]; NITCO Tiles; ESSEL PROPACK; OWEN CORNINGS; and many more.
In between, Bipin Mayekar associated himself with few firms as Faculty. The responsibilities of these firms were to market his training workshops to corporate companies and to organize Self Sponsored or Company Sponsored Training Workshops.
In between, Bipin Mayekar received prestigious certification in 4th Dimension along with 3 major certifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming [NLP] which are as follows:
This certificate authenticated BIPIN MAYEKAR to conduct training workshops of NLP Basic Practitioner Course in India on behalf of NFNLP; USA. So, Bipin Mayekar started conducting this course of NLP in Mumbai. The profile of the participants in NLP Course is Doctors, Advocates, Managers, Software Engineers, HR Managers and Executives, Trainers, Hoteliers, CEO, and many esteemed dignitaries.
He is also trained as authentic ‘Entrepreneurial Trainer’ by Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India and he organized Entrepreneurial Development Training Workshop for various esteemed representatives (Professors, HoDs and Trustees) of Engineering Colleges in Mumbai.
Bipin Mayekar also started conducting training workshops of ‘Meditation Camp’. He also conducted training workshops for colleges in Mumbai on ‘Leadership and Student Psychology’ under STTP. He does various training workshops for Mumbai Police with this social concern till date. He is als associated with many social organizations at various places as Faculty and Adviser.
He is emerging as one of India’s leading Trainers. As a keen learner, he continues to add to his repertoire concepts and skills from WEST and INDIAN ethos who has depth knowledge and excellent techniques to develop skills and approach of your manpower to increase their performance.
Now Bipin Mayekar has more than 150 Corporate Clients to whom training and or consultation is offered. Bipin Mayekar is announced as authentic NLP GOLD MASTER TRAINER by National Federation of Neuro Linguistic Programming; USA. He is first Indian Trainer and third in the Globe to achieve this honour. He has trained nearly 1 million participants till now through his training workshops, motivational lectures and business coaching sessions.
