q Values and Code of Conduct:
1. Involvement :
As social contribution is the purpose of establishing this NGO, each member related to this NGO must commit to involvement in social projects of this NGO. Since this NGO wants to be primarily ‘Self Funded NGO’, member should actively support fund raising activities of the NGO.
2. Quality :
Priority is given on avoiding mistakes rather than finding mistakes. Involving in projects of this NGO, by balancing professional_family_personal responsibilities, without giving excuses is expected as it would keep quality of life excellent.
3. Continuous Improvement :
Focus is on small yet continuous improvements. Instead of giving importance to boundaries-sixes of improvements, preference is given to singles of improvements. Performance of each member will be appraised at specific intervals.
4. Team Spirit :
Collective wisdom is more beneficial than individual intelligence. So members will be involved in decision strategy whenever required by keeping in mind capacity and limitation of each member.
Individual active initiative is expected through use of personal attitude, knowledge and skills along with practical positive attitude.
Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world.
